On August 18th, of 2009, I lost my youngest brother to substance abuse. For many years, we tried to make a difference, tried to get him help. He even entered rehab, and was successful at kicking his alcohol and drug habits. The relentless exposure to alcohol and drugs, wore his body down. At his time of death he was just under 100 lbs, and was nearly 6 foot 3. He was a wonderfully talented guy, and supported our music, when ever he could. This recording is of the two of us making spooky synthesizer Halloween-type music, in early 2009. It is one of the last recordings that he was ever involved with. He was a ENORMOUS fan of Halloween, and thoroughly enjoyed celebrating it year round. I will always miss you Douglas!
